Our system works. Our 19-acre campus has a 96 per cent occupancy rate. More than 30 per cent of our tenants have experienced significant growth and chosen to stay with us as they expand. 

We’ve attracted £1.3m in new business since 2023, and by supporting skills training for young people, we’ve delivered more than £1m in social value.
