All CEME meeting rooms include AV technology, WiFi and temperature control, technical support and delicious healthy catering options are available too.

With half-day costs starting at just £130 + VAT, and £230 + VAT for a full day, you’ll be sure to have a successful day.

Small

Our smaller meeting rooms are ideal for up to six people and can be used for training, breakout spaces, small meetings, interviews and more. They offer excellent supplementary space for larger events on campus for administration support too.

Our six medium-sized meeting rooms are flexible, contemporary spaces that can adapt to your needs. They’re great for breakout sessions, meetings, training, team building and more for up to twenty people. Our four larger-sized meeting rooms can accommodate from thirty to ninety people and are easily configured for several uses and room layout’s making them perfect for meetings, seminars, training sessions, breakout spaces, presentations and more.

The Boardroom

This great space is the ultimate in comfort mixed with professionalism. The Boardroom offers capacity for up to twelve people and comes with a fixed presentation screen, spider phone and flip chart and pens, along with water, mints and unlimited tea and coffee as standard. A dedicated hospitality assistant will be with you throughout your booking, ready to help with anything you may need.

The Executive Boardroom

An elegant, airy, well-lit space, the executive Boardroom offers luxurious comfort and a professional atmosphere for up to twelve people. It’s provided with a fixed presentation screen, spider phone and flip chart, pens, along with water, mints and unlimited tea and coffee as standard. We’ll also provide an executive lunch or breakfast on The Deck as part of your booking, catering and beverages is available on request.
